Curavo was born out of genuine frustration. Our founders—long-time customers of private practices—watched countless colleagues struggle with clunky, one-size-fits-all practice management software. They saw wasted hours on manual admin, confusing interfaces, and expensive add-ons that still didn’t meet core needs. Determined to find a better way, they researched the tools used by the UK’s highest-performing clinics, distilled best practices, and created Curavo: an independent consultancy dedicated to matching private practitioners with the perfect software solution.
At Curavo, we don’t work for any single vendor. Instead, we partner with you to understand your unique workflows, patient demographics and growth ambitions. From initial needs analysis through to long-term optimisation, our approach combines:
To see every private practice in the UK empowered by technology that feels tailor-made—so practitioners can devote their energy to patient care, not paperwork.
Our Values
Russel has led end-to-end software implementations for a range of healthcare and energy organisations. With a background in business systems analysis and PMP certification, he ensures that every Curavo project is delivered on time, within budget and with clear ROI. In recent years, Russel’s attention has turned to AI: he’s piloted machine-learning models that predict no-shows, automate patient reminders and optimise resource allocation, and is now exploring how similar innovations can benefit the energy sector’s asset management.
Mohammed brings over five years of hands-on experience in the UK private healthcare space, having guided practices from solo counsellors to multi-disciplinary clinics. His expertise spans vendor evaluation, data migration strategy and user training. What sets Mohammed apart is his relentless focus on the human side of technology: he maps out the entire client journey—from first enquiry through to full adoption—and designs every project touchpoint to minimise disruption and maximise user confidence.
